I was surprised to see finland there! O_o
but still, it sort of depends in finland.. some people do that more often, when some dont do it at all. usually people don't do it 'coz they appriciate their own privacy, so they show respect to other people's privacy.
sort of like: "if I dont get too close to that bee it wont sting me."
